Mr Logan is able to prepare Medical Reports on any hand, wrist and forearm injuries including Vibration White Finger and Work Related Upper Limb disorders. He examines both adults and children. He is also prepared to take on medical negligence cases and can also carry out corrective surgery, if necessary. His medicolegal practice is purposely restricted to categories involving his current NHS medical practice so his opinions are always within his area of expertise. Mr Logan is a member of the Expert Witness Institute and aims to produce reports of high quality based on the Expert Witness Institute Model Report Format. Biometric data of hand function will be included for all hand and wrist injuries. At this present time Mr Logan is able to see patients within four weeks of receiving instructions from your firm. The completed report would normally be returned within two weeks of the medical consultation depending on the availability of the medical notes and x-rays.. |
